Thank You TLC Guild!
I had a wonderful time last week visiting with TLC Guild in Covina, CA! Saw some old friends, made some new friends and saw some beautiful quilts! Many Thanks to the guild and all its members for their hospitality and attention!
The sharing portion of the evening held two surprises! Irene shared her NextGen quilt. Isn’t it gorgeous in green?
Here is a detail of Irene’s NextGen Quilt. It is so easy to make this quilt! Check out my NEXTGEN Pattern on Craftsy! It looks very difficult with all those odd shapes but it is SIMPLE with no templates at all!
And JoAnne shared her LOGS! quilt she made in my Yorba Linda Class. Isn’t it wonderful in neutrals? JoAnne left off the applique and it isn’t even missed!
Here is a detail of JoAnne’s LOGS! quilt. I love the play of light over all those scraps! It surely makes your eye dance all over the surface! Just fabulous! And the LOGS! pattern is now available on my Craftsy site too!
