Rockin’ Robin Baby Quilt (FREE!)
My Friend Robin was set to attend a baby shower and we got to talking about baby quilts. In order to get them to be really used, baby quilts need to be simple. So, with a little discussion, we came up with this ultra simple design that is fun to make and sure to be used to wrap the tender cargo…
So that explains how a quilt with frogs all over it is called Rockin’ Robin! And it is simple to make. One big center piece and a few accent 2 1/2″ strips stitched together for the border. Simple and fun as promised. and with some quick machine quilting… maybe around a few of the motifs in the center and in the ditch (or down the center of the strips!) for the border, it will be done in a jiffy! You’ll have a beautiful handmade gift that can be used up, guilt free!
