Here’s a tool quilters cannot live without… Our Scissors! And unlike our big ugly kitchen shears, we are lucky they make such pretty scissors for us.
When I first started quilting, I longed for a pair of those pretty Ginghers. When I started to get serious, I bought myself a pair. They were sharp and had those lovely printed handles. I just loved them and so I am including their likeness here. You can dig out fabrics to match your favorite pair of scissors. There are so many different kinds available now! Have some fun reproducing your favorite pair OR create a wild pair you would like to have for your very own!
