August! What a month! Sultry, sunny, summer! Sunflowers make a great tribute to August…

I love Sunflowers and I like how this block turned out, but I’m still not sure about that black in the center. I tried a livelier fabric…

    WOW that is really a nice designed block with the Sunflowers. You were very clever this month….go to show you are enjoying your summer. Enjoy your visit to the Long Beach Quilt Show this week end.

    Thank you again for being such a wonderful teacher and we all are so lucky to have you available to us. You keep us very busy so we aren’t sitting around thinking for something to do. Enjoy the rest of your summer VACATION. See you in September at class. I have been redoing my sewing room so have some items to bring to class that I will pass on to someone new to enjoy. Denise
