I am honored, tickled and pleased to once again have a quilt in the new issue of Quilters World magazine. The quilt, titled Grandma’s Victory, is a simplified version of a quilt made by my husband’s grandmother, Fron Miller Brown Prosser, sometime in the middle of the last half of the 20th century.
