Do You See…? Block Of The Week 43 Three Wise Men
Well, it seems I took my own advice! A few weeks ago when I posted the Nativity Block, I told you about my adventures with the Three Wise Men of our family nativity display. I started thinking, this quilt surely wouldn’t be complete without the Magi bearing gifts. And we can each can decide how close this block ends up to our Nativity Block in the final layout!

Do You See Week 39 Nativity
This week’s block reflects the true meaning of Christmas. It is the simple, humble nativity scene. Playing with the Creche was one of my favorite things at Christmas. It was my job, for a time as the youngest of 5 children, to move the three Wise Men a little closer each day. It took a lot of planning… figuring out how far they could move around the living room but not arrive too soon. I’m sure my mother knew this kept me occupied and kept me away from that little nativity. But I took the job very seriously!

Do You See…? Block Of The Week 36 Goodness And Light

Do You See…? Christmas Block Of The Week 35 – Father Christmas
Note: Diana just found an error in Block 26! Do NOT cut the 5 1/4″ Red Square on both diagonals. Leave it whole to make Flying Geese Four At Once! Thanks! Or if you’ve already cut those diagonals, cut the Gold 2 7/8″ squares on ONE diagonal and center the long side of the gold on a short sides of the red triangle to make a flying geese unit.
This week we add the Jolly Old Elf Himself to our Christmas Menagerie! Isn’t he adorable? The Big Man stands looking out from the block like he is waiting for something…
