Nautical Tumble Sampler Quilt – Block Twelve – The Swells

2013 Sampler Quilt Blocks Nautical Tumble Quilt

This ingenious block uses Flying Geese Blocks to represent waves… The waves repeat across the block like swells out on the open sea.

So set sail today for this wavy block.  I’ve shown it here in blues as a CGB (Computer Generated Block) though I stitched mine in Taupes.  The Free PDF with instruction for making the Snowball Geese is available below.
